Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership, coaching and direction to the team and bring our values to life for the team and our customers.
• Support the General Manager in the delivery of perfect burgers and fries while providing an above and beyond experience for your team and customers.
• Create an awesome working environment where people are happy to come to work and have fun.
• Ensure every customer is delighted with their order and their Five Guys experience, dealing with complaints promptly in an open and honest way.
• Ensure each shift runs as smoothly as possible and that our values form part of your shift management.
• Lead from the front, be hands‑on most of the time, working on the line and dining area.
• Be enthusiastic about perfect burgers and fries, embodying our values: Competitive, Enthusiastic, Family, Get It Done, and Integrity.
