What You’ll Do:

• You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring everything from the dough to the smiles is on point.
• Lead, support and develop your team to deliver the very best – whether it’s during the lunchtime rush or a busy Friday night.
• Be the face of Franco Manca, building great relationships with customers and the local community.
• Take care of business – from managing budgets and hitting targets to ensuring health & safety standards are always met.
