Key responsibilities
  • Lead, train and mentor the front of house team to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Maintain and elevate service standards across lunch, dinner and events
  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service flow
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and senior kitchen team to align service and menu delivery
  • Create and maintain a warm, professional and welcoming environment for all guests
  • Handle reservations, guest enquiries, private dining and special requests
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, rota management and performance reviews
  • Manage stock control, ordering, supplier relationships and GP / cost awareness
