Salary: £30,000 £35,000 per annum

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead the front‑of‑house operations in a prestigious 4‑star hotel with an outstanding restaurant and bar. You will be responsible for driving service excellence, managing the team, and taking full control of rotas and P&L, ensuring the operation runs efficiently while exceeding guest expectations.

What You’ll Do
