A leading children’s support organization in Oldham is seeking a Residential Support Worker to support young people, ages 8–18, in their daily routines and emotional needs. This role provides an opportunity to make meaningful connections and impact lives positively. No prior experience is necessary as training will be offered. Pay: £13 per hour plus £30 per sleep in

Our home is a 5 bedded home which currently has 4 young people living there, and an enthusiastic staff team that enjoy working with the young people. The young people make us proud with the effort and commitment that they make to improving their lives. The team work hard to support each other, and ensure that the workload is shared and equal each day.
