Residential Support Worker - Weston-super-Mare

Pay: £14 per hour + £70 per sleep‑in. Shifts: 10:00 – 23:00 + Sleep‑in 7:00 – 10:30. Type: Ongoing Temporary Work.

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Residential Support Workers to support two homes in Weston‑super‑Mare, caring for children aged 8‑18 years.

The children may have lived through trauma. You will help them:

• Understand and manage their emotions
• Build and maintain positive relationships
• Learn key life skills that set them up for success

You will support young people in the morning to prepare for education, and in the evening and weekends for social outings. You will provide 24‑hour care in a warm, welcoming 3‑bedroom house.

Qualifications
