Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a varied residential property caseload and provide clear, practical advice
  • Draft and review contracts, completion documents, and post-completion paperwork
  • Liaise with estate agents, mortgage lenders, Land Registry, and third-party solicitors
  • Ensure compliance with SRA guidelines and CQS standards
  • Contribute to business development and maintain strong client relationships
