Residential Property Solicitor, Leicestershire, 3+ Years PQE, £35,000 - £45,000 (DOE) - This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and client-focused professional with a strong track record in residential property law to take a leading role in this thriving Conveyancing Department. JOB REF: 0039.

THE ROLE:
• Manage your own diverse caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion.
• Oversee and mentor support staff, fostering professional development within the team.
• Play an active role in business development—networking, building relationships, and growing the client base.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• A minimum of 2 years’ PQE with demonstrable experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing, including: Freehold and leasehold transactions, New builds, auctions and Shared ownership, transfers of equity, site acquisitions, and developments
• Commercial acumen and confidence in developing new business and expanding existing relationships.
• The ability to manage a caseload independently while maintaining high standards of client care and attention to detail.
