A regional legal practice in Bristol is looking for a Residential Property Solicitor with 3+ PQE to manage residential property transactions and mentor junior colleagues. The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills and strong organisational abilities. Residential Property Solicitor, 3+ PQE, Bristol, £(DOE).
You will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, while providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior colleagues. In addition, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Residential Property to support the department’s continued growth and long-term success.
The ideal candidate will be a 3+ PQE Solicitor who has completed majority of their training seats in residential property. They will possess excellent IT skills including a good understanding of case management systems, outstanding organisational skills and great attention to detail.
