Our client is a reputable Legal 500 firm who is now looking for an experienced and motivated Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a growing team. This role is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a residential conveyancing team, with potential progression to head the conveyancing team as part of the team's long‑term growth plans.

The Role

This role requires an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join with a view to managing and supervising the residential conveyancing team, ensuring consistent high standards of service. This will require you to monitor team performance, set objectives and support professional development.

Alongside this you will handle your own diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new builds and shared ownership – providing technical guidance and support to team members on complex conveyancing matters.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with significant residential conveyancing experience
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Strong communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure
