Job Description

As a Residential Property/Plot Sales Solicitor/Associate your duties will include

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters for HNW clients as well as dealing with plot sales transactions and options for commercial clients.
• Review and draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to property sales.
• Liaise with clients, developers, and external solicitors to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Provide expert legal advice on residential property matters.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records and keep clients updated on transaction progress.
• Contribute to the development of the team and the firm's property practice.
• Support senior team members with complex property transactions as required.
