Job Title: Residential and Commercial Property Paralegal / Licensed Conveyancer

Location: Central London

Established, boutique London law firm are looking for a residential property paralegal / licensed conveyancer to join their leading team and deal with an interesting mix of residential property and commercial real estate work. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills as you will be expected to build rapport and relationships with established and new clients and act on your own initiative. This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment and you will be supporting just the one equity partner with his caseload of high-end residential transactions – it is essential that you have experience dealing with volume transactions.

The work is for established private clients and the role will include investment acquisition, residential sales and purchases, secured lending, and lease extensions. You will be servicing a VIP clientele at the very highest end of the London residential property market. It is essential that you are able to conduct searches with minimal supervision and have extensive experience and a good knowledge of leasehold extensions.
