The Role

You'll take ownership of a varied and active residential property caseload, including:

  • Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
  • New build transactions
  • Transfers of equity
  • Re-mortgages

Confidence in managing files independently is essential, as is a proactive and detail-oriented approach.

What We're Looking For
  • A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
  • Minimum 2 years\' PQE in residential conveyancing
  • Proven ability to handle a busy caseload with minimal supervision
