A well-established regional law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer in Somerset. You will manage your own caseload, handling various residential property matters from start to finish. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in residential property law. The role offers a salary of £35K-£45K, generous annual leave, and other benefits including a discretionary bonus.

A well-established regional law firm seeks an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to manage an existing caseload and make an immediate impact.
Within this role, the candidate will be handling their own caseload covering the full remit of residential property matters. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to take the lead on matters and be able to deal with matters from initial instruction through to completion.
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers who have at least 3 years’ PQE in handling all types of residential property matters. You must be a solid communicator and be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills.
