• At least 2 years’ experience in Residential Conveyancing.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet fee targets and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering expert legal advice.
• Manage a busy caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, Shared Ownership, Re-mortgages and New Build developments.
• Draft legal documentation (contracts, transfer deeds).
• Handle cases from instruction to completion, ensuring excellent service.
• Work within a collaborative and supportive team.
