Residential Property Fee Earner

Chippenham

Full Time - Permanent

9.00am - 5.30pm - Monday - Friday

Salary is dependent on experience

We are currently looking for a full time, experienced, Residential Property Fee Earner to join our client in their Chippenham office.

Ideally you will have experience in all aspects of residential property, running your own caseload and be familiar with case management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Caseload Management: Independently manage a full caseload (sales, purchases, transfers, new builds) with minimal supervision.
  • Client Communication: Advise clients, provide quotes, offer timely updates, and deliver excellent service.
  • Legal Process: Conduct searches, draft legal documents, research property ownership, and handle routine correspondence.
  • Compliance: Ensure all work complies with firm procedures and regulatory standards.
  • Financial/KPIs: Meet targets for file completion, revenue generation, and efficiency.
  • Business Development: Network and promote the firm internally and externally.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and client care.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a busy workload.
