Qualifications

• Experience in technical design and civil engineering.
• Knowledge of the legal framework in house building.
• Familiarity with building regulations and British Standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the land and development team.
• Manage relationships with external consultants.
• Assist in the preparation of key status reports.
• Lead on relevant technical meetings and site infrastructure approval.
