Job summary

A leading home construction company in Manchester is looking for an Engineer to provide technical support to the Regional Technical team. You will assist in feasibility studies, manage consultant relationships, and ensure compliance with housing regulations. Candidates should possess a relevant qualification or strong experience in technical design or civil engineering and be adept in using AutoCAD. This role requires excellent organizational skills and an understanding of the house building industry.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification or strong experience in technical design, and/or civil engineering.
• Knowledge of engineering requirements of the house building industry.
• Good technical and legal knowledge with financial/commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical/engineering support to the land/development team.
• Manage relationships with consultants to ensure timely information flow.
• Lead on relevant technical meetings for site infrastructure approval.
