Overview

RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER – LOCUM, WEST MIDLANDS, 3 + YEARS’ EXPERIENCE, £35-£50 PER HOUR. A skilled conveyancing locum is needed to support a busy legal department, with an immediate start and cover required through to the end of December. JOB REF: 1020

Responsibilities

• Handle both freehold and leasehold transactions, primarily focusing on managing part exchange buy-ins and resales, with occasional involvement in new build transactions.
• Liaise with clients, external agencies, and other legal professionals to ensure matters are handled appropriately.
• Manage a full caseload independently with minimal administrative support.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a similar role with proven ability to manage a full caseload independently.
• Organised, proactive, and able to work independently; confident in managing all correspondence and documentation.
