Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Conveyancer - Hastings

3+ PQE | £45,000-£65,000 | Full-Time, Permanent

We're working with a growing and well-established law firm in Hastings that's looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive to join its expanding team.

This is a great opportunity for a confident conveyancer who enjoys managing their own caseload and being part of a collaborative, forward-moving practice.

The Role

Managing 20-25 new residential conveyancing files per month

Handling a varied caseload including:

• Residential sales and purchases
• Freehold and leasehold matters
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New builds (preferred but not essential)
• Supporting business development activity where required

Full-time hours: 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday to Friday

Office-based role in Hastings

About You

3+ years' PQE in residential conveyancing

Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive

Able to run files independently from instruction to completion

Strong communication and client-care skills

Comfortable working at pace in a busy conveyancing environment
