Job description

Residential Conveyancer, 3+ years’ experience, North Yorkshire/ Hybrid, up to £45,000 (DOE).

A reputable firm is looking for an experienced conveyancer to join their team on a permanent basis. This hybrid role offers flexibility, with the possibility of part-time hours for the right candidate.

OVERVIEW:

  1. This role is best suited to a Residential Conveyancer to handle a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion.
  2. The caseload will include sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
  3. In this role, the appointed conveyancer will liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.
  4. The firm is seeking qualified solicitors, legal executives, or licensed conveyancers with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  5. Excellent organisational and communication skills are required, and you will thrive in a collaborative team environment to achieve practice area goals.
