Our client is a well-established and reputable law firm with offices in Leamington Spa and Coventry. Its Leamington office has a close-knit team which includes a busy and experienced conveyancing department.

The firm is known for its supportive, approachable culture, where colleagues work collaboratively across multiple practice areas, including residential and commercial conveyancing, probate and family law. Our client places strong value on staff retention and long-term commitment.

The Role

Due to increased workload and team changes, our client is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our Leamington office. This role is open to candidates with a background in residential conveyancing.

You will manage your own caseload independently and will be expected to handle matters confidently from instruction through to completion. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters
  • Progressing transactions efficiently from instruction to completion
  • Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other parties
  • Maintaining high standards of client care and compliance
