Are you a Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive, or conveyancing fee earner qualified by experience looking for a team leader role? This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Ilkley branch of this award-winning regional practice, with the opportunity to bring along your favourite conveyancing assistant with you!

The Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of dealing with mixed residential conveyancing caseload with strong technical ability in both freehold and leasehold sales and purchases. The practice has an excellent local reputation with referrers and a high volume of repeat business and referrals, providing stability and ongoing opportunities for development.

Key Responsibilities

• Running a mixed residential caseload
• Supervising a small team
• Maintaining and developing relationships with local estate agents and financial advisors
• Getting involved with business development opportunities with the Director of Conveyancing

About You

• Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive, or Conveyancing Fee Earner qualified by experience
• Supervisory experience, either formally or informally
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
• Proactive and solution-focused with a positive mindset
