A legal recruitment firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancer in South Yorkshire with at least 2 years' PQE. The successful candidate will manage diverse cases from instruction to completion, delivering exceptional client care and liaising with various stakeholders. As the successful candidate, you will manage a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages and new‑build matters. You’ll be expected to handle files from instruction to completion with minimal supervision, delivering a high level of client care whilst also showing an ability to liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties. You will produce and review contracts, title documents and search results. Contribution to the development of the department and maintaining strong client relationships is key to this role.
You will be a Conveyancer, Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with at least two years’ PQE (or equivalent experience) in residential conveyancing. You should have strong technical expertise and be confident in managing a full caseload independently. Excellent communication skills and a client‑focused approach are essential, along with a proactive, organised and detail‑driven working style.
