A well-established high street law firm in Bolton, is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer with 3+ PQE to join its friendly and supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Remortgages
• New build transactions

You’ll have the autonomy to handle files from instruction through to completion, with the support of a dedicated team.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with 3+ PQE in Residential Conveyancing
• Strong experience in managing your own volume caseload of Residential Property transactions
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ability to manage your own caseload independently
