A leading Social Care operator in Redhill is seeking a Registered Manager for their new Children's Care Home. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day management and development of the service, ensuring that high standards of care are provided for children aged 9-15. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management and have significant experience working with children with emotional and behavioral difficulties. Our client is a leading Social Care operator. They currently have an exciting opportunity and are looking to recruit a Registered Manager for their new Children's Care Home, based in Redhill, Surrey.
The Registered Manager will be the Ofsted-registered leader for our clients Children's Care Home, responsible for the day-to‑day running, management, and development of the service. The role involves ensuring high standards of care and support are provided to children aged 9-15 with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD), in line with the Children's Homes Regulations 2015, the Quality Standards, and relevant safeguarding legislation. The post-holder will create a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment that promotes positive outcomes, emotional stability, education, and life opportunities for children.
