Essential Criteria

• Previous professional experience as a Child Residential Care Worker, Support Worker, or Key Worker in a children's setting.
• Proven experience working with adolescents (ideally 11-16 years old) with complex needs or challenging behaviour.
• Demonstrable knowledge of Safeguarding and Child Protection policies.
• Exceptional communication skills and a patient, non-judgmental, and resilient approach.
