Planned Maintenance - Property Services

Overview

Our client are based in Uxbridge and they are carrying out a planned works programme in the surrounding areas. Works are being carried out on occupied properties and include planned maintenance refurbishment projects mainly cladding works.

Responsibilities
  • Booking appointments to visit occupied properties
  • Carrying out condition surveys
  • Dealing with resident complaints
  • Working hand in hand with the site team to get works completed to the correct standard
  • Building strong relationships with tenants and contractors
Qualifications
  • Experience working as a Resident Liaison Officer
