Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in the UK is seeking a dedicated Resident Liaison Officer to work on a planned maintenance refurbishment project in Leicester. The successful candidate will facilitate communication between residents and contractors, ensuring high client satisfaction. Ideal applicants have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Driving license and access to a vehicle are required.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) for at least 12 months.
  • Must have a driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Keep residents informed about project progress and schedule alterations.
  • Resolve issues and complaints while delivering courteous service.
  • Foster positive relationships with residents and handle complaints efficiently.
  • Assist with Property Condition Audits before project commencement.
  • Maintain records while safeguarding residents' contact information.

Resident Liaison Officer -Leicester
Temp to perm contract

£19.05 Umbrella pay or £14.34 PAYE

We are currently seeking a dedicated Resident Liaison Officer to work with our leading main contractor in the social housing sector. Based around Leicester, you will be a vital link between the site team, residents, and clients. You will be working on a planned maintenance social housing refurbishment project across Leicester and surrounding areas.

AsResident Liaison Officeryou will be working on a retrofit refurbishment project,where you will be accountable for:

  • Keep residents informed about project progress, communicating updates and any alterations to the schedule.
  • Serve as the primary contact point, delivering a courteous and flexible service to both residents and staff. Resolve issues, book appointments, manage schedules and address complaints by coordinating with all relevant parties.
  • Foster positive relationships with residents, aiming for high client satisfaction. Handle any complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Ensure a seamless workflow with minimal disruption during the project.
  • Provide assistance with Property Condition Audits with residents for each property on the project before any work can go ahead.
  • Maintain meticulous records, adhering to company policies, and safeguard residents' contact information with utmost confidentiality.
