A healthcare organization in Bury St Edmunds is seeking a Resident Doctor's Rota Coordinator to manage and coordinate medical staffing rotas. The ideal candidate should have experience in rota management within a healthcare setting, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work under pressure. This role is vital for ensuring the quality of patient care through effective staffing management. Offering a salary of £27,485 to £30,162 per annum, this position presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic medical team.
An exciting opportunity has presented for the recruitment of a Rota Co-ordinator within the Emergency/General Medicine Departments. The post holder will be part of a team responsible for electronic rotas and for the day-to-day co-ordination of medical staffing rota challenges.
The post holder will be required to work closely with the division's medical and operational teams and the broader medical staffing network within the West Suffolk HNS Foundation Trust.
