Responsibilities

• Assist Revenue Manager with room type management and RevPAR.
• Prepare occupancy and revenue forecasts.
• Oversee the execution of the reservations department's policies.
• Maintain positive relationships among staff and departments.
• Ensure accurate handling of suite reservations and special clients.
• Manage guest complaints and inform senior management of issues.
