Job summary

A leading lifesaving organization in the UK is seeking a Research Officer to join their team. This role involves managing diverse research projects to support decision-making across various departments. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in quantitative and qualitative research, excellent project management skills, and the ability to communicate findings effectively. The position offers a salary range of £34,893 to £41,050 pro rata, flexible working, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience conducting quantitative research projects including survey design, data analysis.
  • Experience conducting qualitative research projects including depth interviews and focus groups.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects for various stakeholders.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
  • Effective communication skills for presenting research findings.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple RNLI research projects ensuring timely completion.
  • Build relationships with research customers and stakeholders.
  • Commission external research suppliers to deliver high-quality research.
  • Provide expert research advice and promote the role of research.
