A professional football club is seeking a Research and Insight Analyst to support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. Responsibilities include analyzing internal data, conducting research, and developing reports for stakeholders. Wrexham AFC has progressed from National League to the Championship, and its business has rapidly changed. The Club aims to make proactive strategic decisions across the business based on data and insight. The Research and Insight Analyst will support strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights and research, gathering, analysing, and interpreting data related to fan engagement, commercial performance, operational efficiency, and industry trends. The analyst will collaborate across departments to ensure insights are actionable and aligned with the Club’s strategic goals. The role will shape the long-term future of the organisation in a positive, forward-thinking and collaborative culture.
