Overview

Join our community. We are currently recruiting Customer Service colleagues, with a starting salary of £24,500 per annum, made up of a base salary of £24,000 plus a £500 flexible benefit. You’ll be a listener and problem solver, helping customers with a range of needs—from simple cash transactions and technology support in the banking hall to phone assistance and fraud protection. You’ll be the friendly face and voice of Santander, with a focus on delivering great customer experiences.

You’ll be totally flexible in approach and comfortable in undertaking a broad range of activities in a multi-skilled environment. You’ll thrive on variety and serve as the eyes and ears of our business after all.

  • This is a full-time permanent branch-based role, 35 hours across Monday to Saturday from 8:00am to 6:00pm
