We are recruiting for a Reporting Analyst to join our team in either Liverpool or Manchester on a part time basis, working 21 per week across 3 days.
We are seeking a skilled and insight-driven Reporting Analyst to support the S&G's continuous assessment of its reviews and complaints position through robust data analysis and performance reporting. This role is key to understanding our current position in terms of complaints, where the firm sits in the market but also how the review profile is positioned. This role is a hybrid role that has duties split between both Complaints reporting and the management of the firm's review profile on several platforms.
Reporting and analysis are key elements of this role, you will work closely with the firm's Client Care team and its marketing team but report to the Practice Support Leader. The ideal candidate will undertake a variety of tasks that are vital to the firm's strategic aim to improve service delivery and review profile. This role does require the technical ability of the candidate to be at a high level in order to produce board level reporting.
This is an exciting role ideal for someone with strong experience in Power BI and Microsoft Excel, outstanding problem solving skills and a passion for data.
