A prominent recruitment agency is seeking a Maintenance Surveyor to oversee building inspections and assess facility conditions. Maintenance Surveyor required for 8 / 12 week period. Due to increased workload, a large social housing provider has a requirement for a void repairs surveyor. As a Maintenance Surveyor, your role will be to inspect and assess the condition of buildings and infrastructure, create maintenance plans, and oversee the execution of maintenance and repair works. You will play a critical role in ensuring that all properties and facilities are well‑maintained, comply with relevant regulations, and operate efficiently.
