Repairs Supervisor – Loughton

£40,000 - £42,000 per annum + benefits

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Repairs Supervisor to join our team in Loughton. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities within a busy contract area, managing a team of 10+ PAYE operatives and ensuring reactive maintenance repairs are delivered to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day reactive repair works across the contract area.
  • Ensure all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with agreed plans and schedules.
  • Manage and motivate a team of 10+ multi-trade operatives.
  • Oversee complex works and projects, conducting site visits and liaising with client counterparts.
  • Support schedulers and planners in coordinating larger projects and prioritising workloads.
  • Provide accurate quotes to clients using Schedule of Rates.
  • Liaise with residents, ensuring excellent communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle complaints, ensuring effective resolution.
  • Attend regular client meetings to provide updates on works.
  • Carry out post-inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
