Qualifications

• Previous experience with a Housing Association, Local Authority, or contractor in Planning, Scheduling, or Customer Service.
• Construction-related knowledge.
• Ability to manage operatives' diaries and plan workloads.

Responsibilities

• Manage operatives' diaries and plan repair works.
• Prioritise emergency works and allocate tasks to operatives.
• Liaise with tenants and operatives to arrange repairs.
