Contract: Temporary (8 Dec 2025 - 8 Mar 2026)
Location: Floor G, 37 Pembroke Road, London W8 6PW
Hours: 37.5 per week, Mon-Thu, 08:00-16:00
Positions: 2
Pay: £34.00 per hour (PAYE) / £42.78 per hour (Ltd/Umbrella)
Selection: CV review + interview required
Dress code: Smart Casual

The role

Join the team delivering responsive repairs and maintenance surveying across the Borough. You'll use NHF codes and a PDA to assess works, capture accurate data, and keep IT systems up to date—helping ensure safe, compliant, value‑for‑money outcomes for residents and stakeholders.
