Overview

Role overview: Repair Technician Newark Permanent Full Time Grade 2 Salary: 26,500. Working hours/Shift patterns – 37.5 hours per week. 4 days on, 4 days off, A2 shift.

Join our parts harvesting team as a repair technician at our Customer Repair Centre in Newark and you’ll be responsible for harvesting parts from a wide range of technology which will keep the costs as low as possible for the repair team and at the same time making technology last longer.

You'll get a buzz out of providing a high-quality service to all our customers and suppliers at one of the leading repair centres in Europe!

Responsibilities
  • Harvesting Notebooks/Flat Panel/Coffee machines/Printers and a range of other electronics.
  • Working together with the wider repair team, exceeding customer expectations
  • Adhering to targets set by the department and leadership team
Requirements
  • An understanding in dismantling a range of electronic devices
  • Experience in a customer focussed environment
  • Good communication skills to speak with customers by phone
