A prominent healthcare organization in Harrogate is seeking a dedicated Dialysis Nurse to join their friendly team. This role requires minimum 12 months of haemodialysis experience and a compassionate approach to patient care. The selected candidate will support the nursing team in providing comprehensive dialysis treatment and document patient care. Benefits include access to the NHS Pension Scheme and 27 days holiday, rising to 33 days. Interviews will be conducted in person only, and this position may close early due to high application volumes.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a multi-disciplinary team as part of York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust's Renal services, which also includes a satellite unit at Easingwold and a second satellite unit in Harrogate.
We are a friendly, forward-thinking service and have a track record for developing and implementing new ideas, which improve the lives of dialysis patients. We are looking for an individual with drive, enthusiasm and an ability to form effective working relationships.
Dialysis is a specialised but very rewarding form of nursing, so if you are keen to learn new skills and enjoy working in a team then this could be the job for you.
You would be based at Harrogate but may occasionally be asked to cover shifts at Easingwold or York. A comprehensive training package is provided for all new staff.
