• Experience in a HR role in the NHS using ESR/OLM, with a track record in management reporting.
• Previous experience of managing a team.

• Lead and optimise workforce systems (ESR/OLM), ensuring integration with digital strategy.
• Drive system optimisation and manage a small team to deliver accurate workforce data and reports.
