Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday configuration experience, specializing in Advanced Compensation and US Benefits.
• Proficiency in Calculated Fields, EIBs, Report Writer, and Business Process configuration.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and create engaging training materials.

Responsibilities

• Own the architectural design and maintenance of Workday Compensation and Benefits areas.
• Lead the configuration of Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation.
• Manage global cyclical Compensation review processes for seamless execution.
• Serve as the primary technical lead for US Benefits, managing Open Enrollment.
• Act as a Tier 3 support for complex Compensation and Benefits issues.
