• Oversee production tasks for assigned webinars.
• Create promotional content for webinars.
• Track promotional metrics for optimizing content.
• Attend weekly department meetings for updates.
• Maintain accuracy of data trackers and project management tools.
• Support live online events and occasional off-hours work.
