Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale Quality Engineering functions.
• Strong, hands-on expertise in testing, automation, performance engineering, and quality systems.
• Experience managing senior leaders while remaining technically credible.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the organisation wide Quality Engineering strategy.
• Lead quality across manual & regression testing, test automation, performance engineering, and certification testing.
• Establish and embed consistent quality standards across all engineering teams.
• Lead and develop a Quality Engineering organisation, managing senior leaders.
• Champion quality-first practices throughout the SDLC.
