Senior Customer Service Advisor needed Paying £16.37 per hr ref 5276754

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advice and guidance to customers via telephone and email on a wide range of housing management issues, including tenancy queries.
  • Triage housing advice queries and complete duty referrals where appropriate.
  • Use MRI Orchard to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure queries are resolved efficiently and in line with housing policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to support positive outcomes for residents.
