Qualifications

• MRICS preferred qualification in surveying.
• Experience with Level 3 Building Surveys preferred.
• Desirable experience with listed and conservation properties.

Responsibilities

• Carry out RICS Level 3 Building Surveys.
• Complete RICS Level 2 HomeBuyer Reports.
• Produce clear, professional, and high-quality written reports.
• Ensure compliance with RICS standards.
• Manage your own workload independently from home.
• Communicate effectively with clients.
