Qualifications

• Minimum of AssocRICS qualification required.
• At least two years of post-qualification experience.
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage a varied workload.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Level 1, 2, and 3 residential surveys.
• Complete mortgage valuations and RICS Red Book valuations.
• Build relationships with clients, lenders, and stakeholders.
