Qualifications

• Experience of and a proven track record of working with learners with SEND.
• A clear understanding of Safeguarding in Post 16 education settings.
• Willingness to work towards Functional Skills Level 2 in English and Maths.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and creative learning to meet the needs of learners.
• Create support plans tailored to learner’s individual needs.
• Provide wellbeing and pastoral support to learners as required.

Good communication and presentation skills

Time management skills

IT Literate, Microsoft Office and Teams

Ability to work towards deadlines and targets

Education

Good standard of general education including English and Maths at Grade C or above

AET (Level 3) or equivalent Teacher/Training qualification
