A leading apprenticeship provider is seeking a Work Based Learning Coach to support learners in Polymer Processing Technician apprenticeships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in polymer processing and be able to mentor apprentices effectively. This remote position offers a salary of £35,000 to £40,000 per annum, alongside flexible working hours and ample opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in polymer processing and plastics production.
• Experience as a Polymer Technician, Process Engineer, or similar roles.

• Support learners through their Level 3 Polymer Processing Technician apprenticeship.
• Drive learners' progress and help them apply real-world skills.
• Work closely with learners and employers to ensure success.
